GARY FINEMORE
Managing Director
Gary first began with Pre Mix in 1983 when his father employed him as a Driver. Gary took over at the helm of the business in 1990 and is determined to ensure Pre Mix maintains its position as the market leader in Exposed Aggregates. Gary is very much hands on in the business and has been instrumental in developing the design and mixes that make up the huge range of products that ensures the customer gets exactly what they desire.

GLENN FINEMORE
Production Director
Glenn a plumber by trade who came originally form the Air-conditioning industry and then the Petroleum industry first began with Pre Mix in 1989 where he learned the ropes of the business as a driver in what was then a Garden Supplies & Mini Mix business. Glenn has been responsible for the design of the current state of the art batching plant at . Glenn has also been heavily involved in the design and development of the many mixes that Pre Mix now has in its impressive product range.

VIV EDWARDS
Operations Manager
Viv who is the brother-in-law of Glenn and Gary, came to Pre Mix in 1999 following 25 years in his own business of Billiard Table manufacturing. In addition Viv had experience in Hotel Management and his management and computer skills that he has brought to Pre Mix have been invaluable and central to the computerisation of the production plant at Mentone. As with Glenn and Gary, Viv began his time at Pre Mix with a stint as a driver which gave him a solid background in product and industry knowledge.
